Home Finder
Fees for the Home Finder service comprise an initial registration fee of £500 this sum being deducted from the final fee which is the greater of either of the following: 1.25% of the purchase price or 17% of the saving that we have been able to make on your behalf between the asking price and the eventual purchase price.

If after 6 months we have been unable to find you your perfect property you may continue to engage our services (if you are satisfied with our work) at the rate of £350 for the next 6 months.

Negotiation
Our negotiation rates are 0.5% of the asking price of the property you wish to secure.

Orientation
An orientation day plus prior consultation is available for £350.

Bespoke
If you think we can help you but you don’t see the specific service advertised on our site then please contact us and we will strive to meet your needs. Naturally the fee for such a service will be as individual as your requirements.

House Doctor
A home visit, consultation and follow up action plan is available for £350 for a 3 bedroom property. For each additional bedroom please add £50 to the price quoted above.

Go to Market
This service will normally require two home visits and a considerable amount of research. In return was ask for a fee of £400.
 
Professional Assistance
A one-off site visit and consultation is available for £300.
